2. PURPOSE

BUENDIA respects the privacy rights of its Users and recognizes the importance of protecting the personal data collected about them.

The purpose of this document is to provide Users with the information related to the processing of the personal data performed on this website.

3. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED WHEN ACCESSING THE WEBSITE

3.1 Which data is processed?

By simply accessing the website, BUENDIA collects the IP address and other data related to the connection and its origin.

The IP address is a code that identifies the User’s Internet connection at a specific time.

Only the User’s Internet access provider can identify the User who was assigned an IP address at a specific time.

Due to the very nature of the server supporting the website, the User’s IP is automatically logged along with the access date and time.

3.2 What is this data used for?

This data is used solely to manage the normal use of the website and to carry out statistical analyses on the use of the website.

3.3 Who will receive this data?

BUENDIA does not provide this information to any third party unless it is obliged to do so by law (e.g., an official request in the context of a police investigation).

3.4 Lawful processing

The legal basis for the lawful processing of the IP address is the technological need to enable the provision of the website.

3.5 Period of data processing

IP addresses will be stored for a period of 1 month.

4. WHAT ARE THE RIGHTS OF THE USER AND HOW TO EXERCISE THEM

The data protection regulations guarantee Users the following rights:

  • Right of access: The User has the right to know which information is collected, the origin of such information, who is it shared with, and the purposes of such processing.
  • Right of rectification: The User has the right to rectify incorrect or obsolete data.
  • Right of cancellation: The User has the right to cancel the processing of his or her data.
  • Right of opposition: The User has the right to stop his or her data from being used for a specific purpose.
  • Right of limitation: The User has the right to limit the data processing, but in such a way that this data is kept for some further purposes.
  • Right of portability: The User has the right to obtain a copy of his or her personal data in electronic format and, in certain circumstances, to request this data to be shared with other service provider. This only applies to computerized processing carried out with the consent of the User or for the purposes of fulfilling a contract.
  • Right of withdrawal: The User has the right to withdraw the consent that, when applicable, he or she has given in relation to the data processing.

These rights require the possibility of identifying the User who requests them and linking his or her identity with the data processed by BUENDIA.

However, BUENDIA cannot establish this link with any of the data it processes by simply accessing the website, unless the User can provide certain information that allows his or her identification (e.g., a certificate issued by his or her Internet access provider indicating the IP address assigned to the User on a specific date and time)

Users are informed that they may exercise the aforementioned rights before BUENDIA, as well as revoke the given consent to the processing by post to the aforementioned address or by e-mail to [email protected].

If Users wish to receive further information on this subject or consider that their data protection rights have been violated, they may contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

In this way, the cookies allow various functions such as, for example, recognizing a User who has already accessed the website and being able to analyze the use of the Web service and, therefore, improve it.

However, it is not possible to find out the identity of the User from the cookies used by BUENDIA unless the User provides additional information by other means which can be linked to the downloaded cookies.

Please visit the Cookies Policy for further information.

BUENDIA will process the data provided through the contact form in order to deal with the contact request.

  • Legal basis: The legal basis that legitimizes the processing is the consent that the User expresses at the time of sending his or her contact request.
  • Retention period: The data will be processed for the time necessary to resolve the User’s contact request. Subsequently, the data will be blocked and kept for 3 years in order to deal with any possible liabilities arising from the processing.
