  • Retention period: The personal data to which BUENDIA may have had access as a result of the communications received through the Complaints Channel form, will be processed for the time essential to decide on the appropriateness of initiating an investigation into the reported facts and for the management of the communication whenever it is admitted for processing. in accordance with the provisions of current regulations.

3.3 Personal data processed by the access to the website

By simply accessing the website, the entity collects the IP address and other data relating to the connection and its origin.

  • Purpose: To enable users to browse the website, thereby allowing access to the information and content available on it.
  • Legal basis: The legal basis that legitimises the processing of the IP address is the technological need to enable the provision of the website.
  • Retention periods: IP addresses will be kept for a period of 1 month.
