For the first time in the Spanish version, 'Drag Race España' held its grand finale in the same style as the original American version: with a live audience witnessing the program's final crowning.
The fourth season of ‘Drag Race España’ now has a winner: Le Cocó. After ten weeks of intense challenges in sewing, acting, comedy, and singing, the time came to crown the fourth Spanish drag superstar.
The grand finale of ‘Drag Race España’ was celebrated with an unprecedented event, culminating in the crowning of Le Cocó as the new queen. For the first time in the Spanish version, the show ended its season with a spectacular live theater performance in front of an audience, following the tradition of the original American version.
Led by Supremme de Luxe, the final episode featured the regular panel of judges: Ana Locking, Javier Calvo, and Javier Ambrossi. Additionally, Alyssa Edwards, winner of the first ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race: Global All Stars’, joined as a special guest and evaluated the performances.
Finalists Chloe Vittu, Le Cocó, and Vampirashian showcased their talent on stage with a spectacular musical number. After an intense evaluation, only Le Cocó and Vampirashian advanced to the final lipsync, battling it out to the song ‘Va todo al ganador.’ In the end, Le Cocó emerged victorious.
The final episode was also an emotional reunion, bringing together over 40 queens from all four seasons of ‘Drag Race España’. Among the audience, family, friends, and fans of the show created a unique and memorable atmosphere.
Le Cocó dedicated a few words after her coronation: “I want to thank my mother and my grandmother for saving me. I want to thank my team and my friends, who are always with me. This crown and scepter are dedicated to each and every one of the drag queens with whom I’ve shared so many nights across Spain. Because I am who I am thanks to you. And I always say, what would we be without each other? I love you all so much. This is yours.”
