Buendía Estudios’ productions triumph at the second edition of the Seriemanía Awards by Cinemanía

Last week, Buendía Estudios stood out with several awards at the second edition of the 2024 Seriemanía Awards by CINEMANÍA, dedicated to recognizing the best series of the season. In the comedy category, ‘Poquita Fe’ (Movistar Plus+) was one of the highlights of the night. The series, created by Pepón Montero and Juan Maidagán, won the award for Best National Comedy Series. Its stars, Esperanza Pedreño and Raúl Cimas, also received the Special Seriemanía Award.

‘Marbella’, a production by Buendía Estudios Canarias (Movistar Plus+), received the Special Award for Artistic Creation for its creators, Dani de la Torre and Alberto Marini, as well as for Arturo Lezcano and Nacho Carretero, the authors of the journalistic report on organized crime in the town of Marbella, which inspired the series.

Both productions already have a second season on the way.
