Olivia is an independent and strong woman who embarks on a frenetic relationship that leads her to obsession and to abandon her old life, sacrificing her freedom, all for Yamán, a man she no longer knows if she truly understands. Passion and desire lead the protagonist to places she had never imagined, dominating and directing her life.
Maggie Civantos and Turkish actor Ilker Kaleli portray the lead couple in ‘La Pasión Turca,’ joined by Spanish and Turkish names including Ainhoa Santamaría, Yasemin Sannino, Fernando Andina, Laura Pamplona, Arlette Torres, Burak Hakki, and Mariona Terés.
‘La Pasión Turca’ is an adaptation of the popular homonymous novel written in 1993 by the renowned author Antonio Gala. The novel is published by Editorial Planeta, and the audiovisual rights have been managed by the Book & Film Rights department of the Editorial Division.
