Prime Video has unveiled today the teaser, the first shots and the release date of the third and last season of ‘El internado: Las Cumbres‘. The mystery series inspired in the iconic franchise will have new additions to the cast this season: Lydia Pavón (La edad de la ira), Nagore Aramburu (Patria), Mia Lardner and Zigor Bilbao, among others. The final season of ‘El internado: Las Cumbres’ will be released next April 7 exclusively on Prime Video.
Three months after the awful events that ended Paz’s life, Amaia is sure that the mysteries that dwell in the boarding school are not solved. Willing to find out what happened, she implies Zoe, a new student that comes from a shelter, where they don’t know what to do with her. From the beginning, Zoe connects with the group, that soon will be involved in disappearances and horrible murders within the walls of the monastery. A life-or-death race that will become a litmus test for their friendship. In the meanwhile, Alicia/Inés and León will be engaged in a race against time to escape from death and memory loss.

‘El Internado: Las Cumbres’ is a production by Buendía Estudios and The Mediapro Studio. The Executive Producers are Laura Fernández Espeso, Javier Pons and Laura Belloso from The Mediapro Studio and Ignacio Corrales and Sonia Martínez from Buendía Estudios. Laura Belloso, creator of the series together with Asier Andueza, leads the team of screenwriters, which also includes Sara Belloso, Eva Mir and Guillermo Cisneros. Laura Belloso will also be directing this season, with Oriol Ferrer and Alexandra Graf.
