The program is produced by Atresmedia Televisión in collaboration with Buendía Estudios after the agreement reached with Passion Distribution in favor of World of Wonder.
‘Drag Race España’ will return very soon to ATRESplayer PREMIUM. The talent show, that turned television upside down last season, is back with the second edition and introduces the official posters of its new course, starred by Supremme de Luxe and the members of the jury.
‘Drag Race España’ already has a date for the ‘Meet The Queens’ that will introduce the new protagonists: next February 20th at 08:00pm, exclusively in ATRESplayer PREMIUM.
The famous ‘Meet The Queens’ is the format that will reveal the names of the 12 queens that will participate in this second edition. Besides, the audience can learn a little more about them on this special show through their first interviews.
‘Drag Race España’ becomes bigger
The workshop of ‘Drag Race España’ will reopen in a bigger way. In this second season, 12 queens will fight for the crown and the final prize. There will be two more queens than in the previous edition, so the competition will be even more thrilling.
To make room for the arrival of the new queens, the program will have a larger workshop and set in the new season.
Supremme de Luxe will be hosting the program again in this new season, after having conquered the audience in the first one. Once more, she will have the help of Ana Locking, Javier Calvo y Javier Ambrossi as members of the jury.
‘Drag Race España’ seeks the best drag superstar through a challenge race. In each program, the contestants will have to pass the different tests proposed by the team in order not to be eliminated and thus be crowned as the winner. The 12 queens face photo shoots, dances, artistic challenges or musical performances to prove they are the best in their field. Every week there will be mini challenges and maxi challenges that will test all their abilities. The end of each instalment always consists of a large catwalk in which the participants show their best ‘looks’ according to the weekly category.
