‘The cook of Castamar’, new original series of ATRESMEDIA TV for the prime time of Antena 3, has completed its filming after more than four months of shootings in locations in the Community of Madrid, Segovia and Cuenca. The fiction that will also be available on ATRESplayer PREMIUM, is an adaptation of Fernando J. M\u00fa\u00f1ez’s novel of the same name, set in Madrid 18th-century.
Michelle Jenner, Roberto Enr\u00edquez and Hugo Silva lead the cast of protagonists. Other big names are added such as Maxi Iglesias, Silvia Abascal, Nancho Novo, Mar\u00eda Herv\u00e1s, Paula Usero, Fiorella Faltoyano, Jean Cruz, Jaime Zatara\u00edn, Marina Gatell, Monica L\u00f3pez and Agn\u00e9s Llobet, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The new fiction of Antena 3, produced by Buend\u00eda Estudios, tells the story of Clara Belmonte (Michelle Jenner) and Diego, the Duke of Castamar (Roberto Enr\u00edquez), both with a painful past, but who will change their lives when they meet. They will have to fight one of the great obstacles of the time if they want to be together: the difference of social classes, in addition to facing the thirst for revenge of Enrique de Arcona (Hugo Silva).
Montse Garc\u00eda, Sonia Mart\u00ednez and Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Caro are the executive producers of this SERIESATRESMEDIA series. Luc\u00eda Alonso-Allende is the executive co-producer. ‘The cook of Castamar’ will be directed by I\u00f1aki Pe\u00f1afiel and Norberto L\u00f3pez Amado. Ana Rocha is the production director.
The writing team consists of Ram\u00f3n Tarr\u00e9s Reguant, Camino L\u00f3pez Lozano, Arantxa Cuestas and Victor Pedreira, with Tatiana Rodr\u00edguez V\u00e1zquez as script coordinator. The direction of photography will be carried out by Aitor Mantxola, Oscar Dur\u00e1n and Juana Jim\u00e9nez. The design of the sets has been made by Mercedes Canales and the director of Art is Javier Mampaso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
